Online Cooking Course
A healing diet cooking course has existed in my brain for a while now and it is finally coming to life.
I have been designing and teaching nutrition, culinary and wellness content since 2011 and it is absolutely my favorite thing to do. In the next few weeks I will launch the first version and I am so excited to share all of my tips, tricks and recipe templates and with you all!
Recently, as I have become more vocal about the work that I am doing personally and professionally, people from all aspects of my life have been reaching out to share their own struggles with chronic symptoms, poor digestion, and mental health. Whether you are diving head first into a healing diet, or simply need some tips for making lunches that leave you feeling energized and productive-- I am making this course for YOU!
When I first started to eat with the intention of healing, I had been teaching about food and wellness for over five years. Despite my work experience, personal interest and culinary skill, I had to learn a tremendous amount when I started the AutoImmune Protocol in May of 2017. I was already eating lots of vegetables, but I had to learn to fuel my body in a whole new way. Healthy food was my favorite pastime and passion, but even I felt overwhelmed with the responsibility of feeding myself.
As I continued to learn and improve my own health, I started to dream of teaching this cooking course. Using food as a tool to heal my body has been a life-changing experience and I believe everyone should have access to the tools needed to take control of their own health. It was obvious to me that as a food enthusiast, the transition to a healing diet was much easier for me than others, so I asked myself:
How can I share my skills and passion to help others cook food that heals their own body?
I am creating this cooking course to teaching the basic skills necessary to discover what food, flavors and cooking routines make you happy. I believe that the key to maintaining lifestyle change is finding habits you enjoy and I hope to help you find what the means for you.
I am not here to tell you what to eat, but rather to give you the skills to discover what works best for you and your bod.
All of the food in the course will be AIP friendly, but my goal is to create a product that is beneficial to anyone who is interested in feeling better. The course will include 4 modules, listed below, including cooking videos, recipe templates, nutrition presentations, extra resources and more!

how to efficiently make large quantities of delicious, simple meals.
2.) Nutrient Density:
setting yourself up to absorb the most nutrients possible out of each bite.
3.) Flavor and Texture:
learn tips and tricks for filling your plate with flavor and your favorite textures.
4.) Socializing on a Healing Diet:
quick and easy hosting recipes and Doβs and Donβt of eating out.
