This underdog veggie has so much potential for flavor, texture and nutrients! Cabbage is widely available, usually inexpensive and it lasts for weeks and weeks in the back of your vegetable drawer. .
This week I’ll be sharing tips for how I purchase, store and prepare cabbage. At the end of the week I’ll share my roasted cabbage demo and some of my favorite cabbage recipes!
